good hiking gps with a camera?

I am looking for a good hiking gps that also has a camera. The gps should be durable, at least 3 inch color touchscreen, and have at least 3 megapixel rear facing camera. (also if it wouldn’t be too far-fetched to ask for a front facing camera, it would be preffered as well). It should have a good user interface with a few different applications such as maps, gps, compass,elevation, camera, etc. something like the garmin oregon 550 (i would get it, but i don’t like the $400 price tag). under $250 or even $300 would be ideal.
