GPS Navigator - If I buy one in Australia with Aus maps can I use it in NZ as well?
You can use a GPS unit anywhere in the world if all you need is latitude and longitude.
If it doesn’t have NZ maps, you’ll just see a blank outline of the country (or just a blank) with a dot where you are. If you’re in a car, you can also tell how fast you’re going and in what direction. But without a NZ map, that’s all you can do. You have to check to see if NZ maps are included in the unit.
