PDA / Cell Phone for everything?
I would like to know what the best options are for a mobile device to do everything.
Here’s a list of what I need the device to do.
Provide cellular service (voice & text), GPS Nav, PDA W/ MSOutlook PIM, 3mp Camera, Mp3 player, 20gb storage, Size & Weight must be small and light eg. under 4″x6″x1″ and less than 2lbs.
Those are my minimum requirements, it would be nice if it was water proof, shock proof, a video camera, and a flashlight as well.
What is the best device available right now for the functions listed?
Various versions of the imate range have these features. I use a Imate Jam. There are more advanced models available. It is also called O2 in certain places. Memory will be your problem but the jam has an SD card and they are up to 4GB now. Soon I expect you will get close. You can add a GPS blue tooth arial and software to most models with Blue tooth.
